WNY Sports Performance:

Western New York Sports Performance is owned and operated by Coach Pat Brennan. WNY Sports Performance provides a wide variety of services to people of all ages. Our Holistic Health & Fitness approach focuses on developing each individual as a whole, maximizing their physical capabilities in strength through mobility, and building mental fortitude. Our techniques have been applied in the National Football League, Division 1 Collegiate Athletics, Youth/HighSchool Athletes, and the United States Army.

Provide the following for our athletes:

STEP ONE:

Foundational Strength-

In the initial training cycle our athletes learn Correct Movement Pattern Technique. In this phase the individual begins to develop proper functional movement, in-return, decreasing their risk of injury and improving there overall strength through proper training progressions.

STEP TWO:

Power Development-

After Technique and Foundational Strength is established, transferring these principles to applied force is vital. Our Power Development progressions develop fast twitch tendencies and proper deceleration factors to improve functionality in your sport of play.

STEP THREE:

Speed & Agility-

Our Speed & Agility Program offers proper acceleration, deceleration, landing mechanical techniques, drastically improving fast twitch muscle fibers in our athletes. This step also provides multi-directional functional movement techniques, maximizing our athletes explosiveness.
