About Coach:
Coach Pat Brennan graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2013 where he played college football. After his playing career, Coach Brennan started his coaching journey at Wagner College, in his hometown of Staten Island, NY.
In 2017 Coach Brennan was hired by Marshall University, to train there Olympic Sports Program. Following his stop at Marshall, Coach Brennan was the top assistant to Villanova University’s Football Sports Performance Program.
In 2018, Coach was hired by the Buffalo Bills as a part-time assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for off-season training. Following his stint with the Bills, Coach worked directly with the University Of Alabama's Football Program in helping implement there 2018 in-season training protocol. In 2019, Coach Brennan was contacted by the United States Army and aided them in implementing there new Physical Training Performance Program across the United States.
